Damar Hamlin (NFL)

Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on the field during a 2023
NFL game. Immediate CPR and advanced care helped save his life, and he has since become
a national advocate for CPR/AED awareness.

Bronny James (NBA), son of LeBron James

Collapsed during a July 2023 practice; team staff and emergency responders administered CPR
and used an AED, and he survived hospitalization and recovery (family publicly thanked
responders)

How to Join the Youth CPR Class

Follow the steps below to confirm your interest and we’ll coordinate a group session.

You will be notified with dates and locations to choose from.

You will receive reading materials via email before the class.

Once we complete the hands-on training lesson, there will be a questionnaire and a feedback form to complete.

Once we have a group of 5–10 interested youth, we will find a location and time that works mutually.

I will email you reading material to review before the class.

Once we complete the training lesson, there will be a questionnaire and a feedback form to complete.
